Fee structure

We provide legal services to clients mainly on the basis of an agreed hourly rate. The rates can differ and are determined not only in connection with the complexity of a case for which legal services are being provided, but also in connection with the personnel provided to render these services.

We also work for flat or capped fees. The amount of this flat fee depends mainly on the value of the specific case or transaction. Flat fees are negotiable, particularly in cases involving the transformation of business corporations or acquisitions.

It is our standard practice, unless requested otherwise by the client, to agree a written contract for the provision of legal services. This contract can either apply to all pre-existing and subsequent cases for which the client requests legal services from the firm, or it can cover a specific case or a number of related cases or transactions. The choice is left strictly up to the client to decide how best to manage their particular legal needs.
