Fee structure

The law firm provides clients legal services mainly on the basis of an agreed hourly rate. The rates can differ and are determined not only in connection with the complexity of a case for which legal services are being provided, but also in connection with the law firm member or members who are providing these services. With regard to this, legal fees for services provided by the law firm range from CZK 2.500 to CZK 6.000 per hour. These fees include the related work of our administrative staff.

We also work for flat or capped fees. The amount of this flat fee depends mainly on the value of the specific case or transaction. Flat fees are negotiated especially in cases of transformation of business corporations or acquisitions.

It is our standard practice, unless requested otherwise by the client, to conclude a written contract for the provision of legal services. This contract can either apply to all cases that have already arisen or that arise in the future and for which the client requests legal services from the law firm, or the contract can be concluded to cover a specific case or a number of related cases or transactions. This choice is left strictly up to the specific client in deciding how best to manage their particular legal needs.
