Velíšek & Podpěra advokátní kancelář s.r.o. was established on January 1, 2006 as a general commercial partnership and on October 1, 2006 was transformed into a limited liability company. The founding partners of the firm are two Czech advocates, JUDr. Jiří Velíšek and Mgr. Bc. Jiří Podpěra. The presence of German advocate Rainer Frank reflects the international focus of the firm.

The firm provides comprehensive legal services in all areas of law important for business in Czech, English and German.

In complex cases the firm works closely with tax advisers, allowing us to deal with tax implications of transactions and to provide seamless legal and tax advisory services to our clients.
